very bad experience

We are visiting Thailand twice a year for vacation. I have to say the Tusita was the biggest disappointment ever. I have no problem, if a cheap hotel is not up to international standards. It started with our arrival (remark: Thais are the most friendly people, when it comes to we3lcome guests, NORMALLY). The receptionist did not even say Good Morning nor did she give us the "wai". Instead she was not even looking into our eyes during check-in.
The rooms were not very clean, esp. the showers. The body lotion has been used by previous guests...
Even at 11pm, there were lots of people partying in the swimming pool and the villas were like 3 meters away, so the noise was horrible and we could not sleep.
No staff member spoke english. We do speak a few words of Thai, but one would expect, for the price, english speaking AND FRIENDLY STAFF.
The overall experience was really, really bad. For something like 1500 to 200 BAHT, this place would be kind of OK (despite the unfriendly staff), but for the price we paid, it was a complete rip-off.

Good room and nice staff
The hotel is great with good maintenance. This trip is a very short stay , just an overnight on our trip to go south. But hope to come back to explore more of this hotel. It was lovely hidden place.
