- Dead bugs at the entrance of the room (inside)
- the glass window of the entrance door was not cleaned and dirty
- the curtains were full of stains
- the glass window to the bathroom had a „lip print“ on it (still after a few cleanings! (I don’t want to know what the people who stayed in the room before us did inside)
- the shower was dripping
- the bathtub was not cleaned and full of stains
- the tiles in the bathroom were dirty
- wood bugs everywhere, especially behind the bed! It was not easy to fall asleep)
We mentioned these things during our stay step by step but we were never offered a different room due to full occupancy.
