1. Good Hotel nice and clean 2. I was travel in high season of chiang mai and with COVID-19 situation but the price slightly high when you compare the room size and facilities in your room but i like the Good downy king size bed 3. I do not recommended for solo traveler or the other that no personal car because the hotel location nearby the GRAVEYARD and it a little far from "Maya and Nimman". When i walk from Nimman to the Hotel along the way that no people no store, the sideway is wasteland, so i feel unsecure i have to aware my watch my pocket

Nice place to stay in Chiangmai
Novotel is locate in central of Chiangmai, it is not far from nimman rd. & Meya department store. Room very modern and clean. King size bedroom that you can sleep with good dream. I am recommend it

Staffs inability to deal with unruly rooms, and horrible elevator’s access control
