The staff at this hotel were probably the kindest and best staff I have ever encountered. they did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The location, however, is a bit out of the way. If you are proficient at using Grab taxi or you can rent a motorbike or car, then you will have no problems, but if you are a "walker", then this location is quite far away from most shopping malls and restaurants. I would say you are 20 minutes from Central, 25 minutes from Night Bazaar. 35-40 minutes from the Tiger kingdom and Night Safari. Very close to the umbrella factories. About 30 minutes from the wooden factories. 35-40 minutes to the hot springs.
Since we had a motorbike, the location didn't bother us. A great place to stay.
