Happy with Novotel

I am travelling with parents and young kids. Overall I am happy with my stay with this hotel. It's about 10mins drive from Patong area, the hotel provided free shuttle, one of the lady working afternoon shift service attitude was terrible, think hotel need to be aware on this. Kids club services are good, my kids and parents enjoy the facility there. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

good location for Karon, but would rather go to Patong. Underestimated the transportation (taxi and Grab)

family hotel
Good location, few minutes away from busy streets, near to beach, nice swimming pool. Many program for my children.
