We were in phuket for 2 days before we headed for koh samui this was our 2 nd time stay at novotel

1st at patong then now at karon beach with novotel the staff are friendly just cross the road and the beach is right there , the staff is very kid friendly n courteous my 6 year old daughter just loved going on the water slide again n again would def recommend novotel karon to all the families . Have agreat stay.

We weren't given a good enough location for an 8 night stay. no transfer offered whole stay.

Great family hotel

Would recommend for young families
