Staff are very nice and attended to our needs immediately. We just waited for a few to get us in a room. It's a bit annoying because we are very tired from our trip and the room is not yet ready. But over all, the service is great and staff are very professional. For those who wanted a very relax atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I was not feeling well from our trip and the hot weather made me sick. But the hotel environment made me feel well. I feel like I'm in a wellness center. My body and mind rejuvenated...I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I come visit Thailand again....

Formerly Swissotel Nai Lert Park. Just a great oasis of calm in the heart of Bangkok.
Restaurant had a good healthy spread. Staff were excellent. May need extra waiters/resses though to cover all tables.
