Nice staff, but there are issues with this hotel

The new downstairs seaview rooms were not build well and raw sewerage smells overwhelm the bathroom and into the room. The hotel knows about the issue and provided air freshener. We kept the bathroom door closed and kept spraying. Luckily they moved us to the top floor, however the spa didn't work. I was prepared to cancel the reservation and change hotels. The area is very fun, but you will need to listen to loud music playing until 2am, so if you're a light sleeper and plan to go to bed before 2am, then avoid this part of the island. The staff are very nice and there is a coffee machine downstairs actually makes a really good coffee! The hotel must re-plumb the bathroom as the room is not acceptable in anyway and Agoda should remove it from their site until it's fixed.

Good for your money
The staff were nice.. Location was perfect apart from a dj being right at the back of the hotel and it was still loud at 4am.. Didn't really mind us as we were partying but if you wanted a nice sleep ... อ่านต่อ
