We paid but we can not contact teleplone number provided in Agoda.

But when we arrived (due to heavy rain) at 20:00 , there is no front desk. For check in.
We ask people nearby, they said called telephone number printed at sign board. No answeing from that number.
I walked up the hill 2 steps , no light and it's raining . I used flash light from my phone. No quest in all bangolows. It's dark.
So I can't find any people, we can not check-in.
We hurried find other places. Most of them closed. Finally we check in one resort at 22:00
Terrible situation .
We booked hotels in Russia, Japan, USA . Never been in thi situation before.
