I booked the room with direct access to the pool/lagoon, but fully occupied on the date of my arrival. But the staff is very kind and find the nice large room on 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. Too bad that there is no elevator, thus have to take the stairs, which is can be quite confusing at the first time, due to the huge hotel area. Facilities is quite complete, and hotel has daily routine program for hotel guests (adult and kids). The kids really enjoy them.

This hotel is awesome for family holiday

Nice place a big family vacation
