Rat Infested Nightmare

We booked at this Boutique Hotel for 7 nights. Read all the reviews on Agoda and Trip Advisor and never read anything that looked of concern. Got to the hotel after a full day of travel and never got the room we requested but were assured we could switch tomorrow for something more suitable. Our first room was infested with mosquitoes. Front desk girl sprayed down our room after we went out to eat and then it was quite a bit better.
The next day they gave us a really nice room on main floor with doors that open to a deck in front of pool. After we unpacked and was hanging a shirt in the closet we seen the most gigantic spider ever. It was about 3 1/2 inches in diameter! Got the reception fellow to remove it. It was a little uneasy after that.
The next day after returning from an all day tour we were going relax around the pool so went to go out the patio door and there was a rat on our step. We went around the long way to get to the pool loungers and we weren't even there for a few minutes when 2 rats ran by our patio door and into the hotel. Next thing there were several rats scurrying around the pool in and out of the bushes and under the boards of the pool. We left and went back to our room, showered and left for supper and while we were walking past the kitchen there were two rats that ran out and back thru the door to the pool. Then going down to reception desk there were 2 more that ran back into the kitchen. I complained with the reception girl and requested a meeting with the owner's daughter for the next day. That morning we couldn't even eat breakfast!! I met with owner's daughter and told her of the situation we had lived thru and were disgusted and we were packing and leaving. She said she would contact Agoda as that is who we booked thru. Knock on our door and they are standing there with their cell phone with Agoda on the line. Talked to a great lady from Agoda and explained the situation in detail and she asked if we had photos and
