Not as good as I expected

Great location. Within 10 min walking to the great temple. Booked a room with 2 beds, but the night I arrived . There was no such room available. I had to request another room. The staff at first said it was the website's and hotel's fault and I can have that room for free. But the day I checked out, the other staff said I had to pay for that. Felt cheated and upset actually. Considering it was my first day to Chiangmai, didn't want to ruin the vacation, plus I had been waiting at the front desk to check for long enough. Eventually I asked them to meet me the halfway and paid for 70% of fee of the other room. In addition, the room I lived in, the trash bin was cleaned properly. There were fruit core and debris, lots of ants in the trash bin because of that

Friendly staff, close to shopping, and temples.

Travelers who need conveniences to access temples, shopping and eating in Chiangmai city, this is one of the most convenience place to lodge.
