Meh, okay. Location!
What makes this place ideal is it's location, right across from Wat Chedi. It's in the heart of Old City and one can easily access many restaurants, markets, and temples. The airport is close, and red taxis frequently drive right in front of the boutique. The staff are all friendly, for the most part, but be hesitant to trust their word on transportation costs, as I was ripped off for trusting one of the managers. The rooms were spacious, but I was given one of the rooms toward the back when better rooms seemed available. The shower is spacious, appeared clean, but the toilet smelled like sewage after it rained. Breakfast was average, although the staff was attentive. Not a large selection of food, mainly western (from the menu options). Contrary to other comments, the women staff were friendly and polite, always saying hello.
