Not good value for money with very cheap basic local quality room

Not friendly reception There are 3 steps at the front entrance causing us to carry our luggage’s in stead of pulling it to hotel doors. It is not a wheelchair friendly hotel. No lift facility only stairs to our room on the second floor. Tile floor in corridor making it very loud to hear all noises. Big cockroach in the bath room. Old cheap towels. Hotel is next the school and the noise from the children playground can wake you up in the morning. From our room we could hear the sound of people playing snookers after 10pm at night. The breakfast is basic for Thais.
