Worst service ever!
I'd like to start by saying this was actually one of the cleanest rooms we stayed in. But everything else just let it down. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms as stated it barely works in reception. It's also not central, it's a 10 minute walk along a dark street, not long but not the point!
The female receptionist is just dam rude, one time I was stood at the desk waiting to ask a question for 5 minutes while she chatted away on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. So I left and came back and asked if I could borrow the phone to call chiang mai bus station as I needed to check buses were still running (being Thai new year) she told me the phone didn't call out! I said that's ridiculos and I know she understood me cos she google translated it then said 'cannot call'.
The next morning there was a guy on reception who was much more helpful and called us a taxi to where we were going and called chiang mai bus station for me. Maybe he needs to show the stupid bitch how to use a phone.
