Read this before you book this hotel...
Careful. Don't book this hotel. They are the most horrible staff I've ever experienced:
1. They would not let my staff up to the suite - they have stupid rules about allowing your guests to the suite.
2. They didn't allow the massage girl to come up to the room without charging ridiculous fees.
3. They are disrespectful.
I don't know how it's possible this hotel has 4 stars. I will contact Agoda and tell them to reduce their rating.
The first thing they do when you check in is show you a long piece of paper with all their unconventional rules. I've stayed in 100's of hotels, and no one ever does that. This is just basic reduction of class.
You will regret it if you choose this stupid hotel. They run their business like they are the mafia.
It's a 3 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Scam. Choose a better hotel. Look at everyone comments - if they are positive, it's because they are fake. Trust me. I asked other guests staying here, and they all felt the same as me.
