I need to share this to remind all the travelers regarding on this hotel policy. I’ve been reaching you for 2x already but yet no reply at all. Your prompt replies during my inquiries and booking suddenly all gone seeking help to settle my money. Hotel need deposit 5000 baht before check in which is not written on their policy in agoda before booking , either cash or card is fine. We just have enough cash to spend since we will only stay for 3days. Receptionist informed me if im using card (debit/credit card) they will just “freeze” on my account the said amount. And they will return back after 2 weeks. After they swiped my card it was deducted. Now it’s already 1 month ago but still there was no cash back from my account. Im trying to reach this resort 2x but yet they choose to ignore this issue. Hotel stayed overall was good. Only this matters ruined everything! Use cash instead of card as you can claimed immediately after check out. As they don’t have any intention to help you settle this kind of issue.
