staffs need to mind change for visitor

I satisfied about resort status and facility , dinner show and children show exept staffs. The owner should instruct your staffs strongly to be kind all visitor and children, keep smile face and good attitude. No geeting, not polite is no tip. And every breakfast, one staff checked the guest room number, he was very unpleasant to all.

Great place to spend time with Family and kids
