Spacious, well-located, clean

Overall, extremely pleasant except that the power tripped 5 times in our room in the last 2 mornings we were there, due to a faulty card slot which was only rectified on the last morning. Hence, our sleep was terribly disrupted in those mornings. People who attended to us were nice enough though no one actually apologized to us for the inconvenience. Asked for a late check-out but was only given an extra hour. Was disappointed by the shortfall in service in this aspect. Doormen & security were very conscientious and welcoming, which made us feel very secure. Bathroom was of a good size and the seating area in the shower was much appreciated, especially after a long day of shopping. Washer in room was high-tech and it was great that detergent was provided as well. We recommend this accommodation despite the electrical hiccups we unfortunately experienced.
