Stayed 3 nights in the Residence. Walking distance from main hotel lobby to residence. Were glad upon check-in we were offered the hotel tuk tuk service of bringing us and our luggage from hotel main lobby to residence (is a walking distance). On the night was raining after we had our massage from the hotel spa and I approached the hotel staff to offer us a tuk tuk ride back to the residence instead of helping was turn down said no such service can be provided and the staff even direct me the way back to the residence which am really pise off - was raining outside..moreover is a walking distance also NO SHELTER ALL THE WAY.. Very disappointed as a hotel staff where is the service to be extended to the in house guest?? Even no such service seeing the rain the staff should at least have the courtesy to offer umbrella to us!

Awesome!!
The staffs were all awesome, fast and very efficient.. Shout out to the front desk and the maintenance team for attending to the blackout and compensating it with another room. Front desk was helpful ... อ่านต่อ
