Great hotel when the price is right

This is a good hotel if you can get it at a good price. Location is convenient, with good facilities.
Minor issue: Stayed in May 2018 and there was a building under construction next to the hotel. Construction work is throughout the day from early morning till night (including weekend and public holidays). Rooms at highest floor have loud water flow sound from roof when it rains.
Comments for improvement: - Housekeeping staff occasionally forgets to replenish amenities, or forget to clear the wastebin. Call them up for whatever is not done. - Kettle does not have auto-off function, boiling indefinitely. Maybe this is a faulty kettle in room 726. - No manual on how to use aircond and washer/dryer. - Aircond in my room (726) always needs time to turn on. No such aircond issue in room 725. - When using the dryer, the safety-lock leads to frustration as you have to wait for luck or guess which button combination to press to release the lock to access your dried laundry.
