Very unfriendly staff

Staff was very unfriendly, made us feel like they were doing us a favor by doing their job. Many other places on the island have much friendlier staff.
Front desk reception, without my permission, sent a taxi to my room a day before I was checking out to take me away from the hotel. I opened my door in the morning to a taxi driver asking me if I was ready to leave. It was very inappropriate for the taxi driver to be told about my travel plans without my consented, as well as to be standing outside my room for an untold amount of time waiting for me to wake up and come outside my room. I was very shocked and concerned by this.
I do not recommend

Very unfriendly

Avoid if you can
Very lazy and unfriendly staff. Expensive. One lady who we met during the holyday negotiated a similar room for half the price we paid. Staff never cleans the room and you can get better quality food ... อ่านต่อ
