A one star hotel masquerading as a 2 star

We had a very dissapointing stay at this hotel. The first day on checking -in our room was not going to be ready until the next day and we were to stay in an inferior room. Luckily we called agoda and they rectified the problem. Our room itself was dated and needed work. The door lock was weak and safety chain missing. Very poor water pressure in the shower and no exaust fan or vent in the bathroom. No soap, shampoo or drinking water was provided. Room cleaning was limited to making the bed, changing towels and basic mopping of the floors. My sink and toilet were never cleaned during the week stay. We had a load of laundry done at the hotel and when we opened the bag it had a bad smell like it had been washed and left wet in the washing machine overnight.

Cockroach in the room

Bad hotel not worth the money
