Fantastic hotel - standard was excellent
We arrived at this hotel at the end of our travels having booked it as a treat before we flew home. We expected the worst and were specatcularly surprised. Greeted by Ao with a cool facecloth and a drink. Room was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom was very clean and large with both shower and bath. Balcony had a view of the sea with sunloungers and a jacuzzi bath. This was the real treat...we used the bath every evening and it was well worth the extra money. Rooms with a pool view/private pool would have been disappointing in comparison. Food was lovely with a great selection for breakfast (We didnt need to eat again until evening- very economical!! The service was great with Ao at reception remembering our names and taking us in the golf buggy to the end of the road for the ATM. This is not a place to go if you are looking for wild nightlife. It is quite isolated but is paradise if you want beautiful views and a relaxing break. Pool is big and lovely. Only complaint is that the sand on the beach beside the hotel is very rough and the sea quite rocky so the pool is the better option for swimming.
