Best staff and management

The hotel is nice, well located and pricing good, but what makes this hotel really great is how well it is Managed and organized. Obviously the staff is well trained. Many times in Thailand you have very kind people, but sometimes, they are not well trained or churn too important. At Prana the staff is professional, attentive and very nice. Just one issue with this hotel is the isolation. The concrete corridor make them a echo chamber and you will get woken up by people getting late at night or early in the morning. They also have communicating doors between rooms; unfortunately, unless you rent both rooms, you will hear all what is said in the other room.
