Amazing staff - and resort
We stayed at Prana Resort for one week. We celebrated my aunts 50th birthday. The staff helped us set up a surprise for her upon arrival, it was beyond all expectations! The resort is amazing; THE best staff, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, stunning infinity pool, great restaurant (however a bit expensive) and great spa treatments. The staff is genuinely nice, and will do anything to make your stay perfect. They communicate very well in English. The only "downside" was the location, the street is quiet and does not have a lot of options, however you will find some restaurants (recommend "Noi friendly" for cheap and superb thai food), massage shops, 7 eleven etc. within 5 minute walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes with taxi to Fishermans village (~200 TBH each way).
We booked another resort for our second week (prior to arrival), and was very sad to leave Prana Resort. The next resort was a dissappointment compared to Prana. We would definitely come back.
