Outstanding service
Amazing ten day stay with my husband and almost two year old daughter.
I have to thank the management and amazing team. The hotel has just started its refurbishment for their beachside and as a result we were given 15%off food and drink in all bars and restaurants.
Although all of the beach side has been closed of the hotel have put in a pathway to allow acsess to the beach where you have free sun lounges and a make shift bar, where you can purchase food/ drink.
We had been warned be trip of potential box jelly fish in the sea. We did not go into the sea although we were reassured the box jellys are very rare. ( their is a first aid station on the beach ).
Pool area is stunning and very safe for young kids as they can't get direct access. They even have a sand area which our daughter happily built sand castles in.
Aircon was amazing after a very hot day.
Again staff and management are amazing and nothing was too much trouble to make our daughter India happy.
