Amazing

Nothing bad to say about this place! As soon as we arrived, we received amazing customer service all the way until we checked out. All staff are extremely friendly, always acknowledging us with hello and a smile. The room was spacious, super clean and bright. Good sized pool and heaps of daybeds available. Close location (by scooter) to the busier areas but still away in a more peaceful setting. Big selection at breakfast and staff bring you tea or coffee as soon as you step in. Can't fault this place at all! My partner and I will definitely be back when the beachfront area is all finished. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Lovely place.
We had a great time in Prana Resort. We got an upgrade to a very new room. Our kids loved the bathtub.

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff were awesome and helpful. Location and food could be better
Great staff clean and friendly. Gym was a little small and food not so great. Location was not that good for those wanting to spend time in chaweng. Otherwise an awesome place and highly recommended.
