Hotel very good but agoda service is very bad

I have booked hotel with agoda on my new year trip but agoda staff made a mistake charge me double and at first tell me that i can cancel this hotel so i have booked another hotel with booking.com. Another day agoda sent mail and said cancellation doesnt approve so i have 2 hotels at same times. Lucky me hotel didnt charge me double but i have to pay for 2 hotels anyway, really bad service.

Excellent Pool Access Room

Amazing ambiance and friendly staff
