Service under Par

bad experience with keep changing of room due to the requested and promised king size bed cannot be fulfill on Valentine days and the power and electric supply in the room is stop during the middle of the night for repeating day and in different rooom where spoil the tiring day and require to move here and there during mid night.
And customer service only given 2 choice, one is stau on and one is change room to twin bed which is issue for a couple. furthermore more there is no any compromising of disturbing the guest feeling.
