Requested airport transfer on agoda is useless, because no one pickup, maybe we need to contact hotel directly. When arrived for check in, they give us cold fruit juice, really comfort us. But took more than half an hour to check in, and they cant find the key, and told us no more superior double room, need to change us to simple room opposite the small path not facing the pond/pool. Of course we dont agree, we book this hotel, because of the relax-room is facing the pond/pool. Later they told us got 1 twin-room can offer to us, they will join 2 beds togeter, and we accepted this offer.
The electric in our room also got some problem especially when boiling water. We requested to check it, after 2 times, they changed a new boiling kettle which solve the problem.
Although the hotel management is not so good. But the room, pond, pool and hotel really good and relax.
