The worst hotel and service ever. Do not stay here unless u want to ruin your holiday

Dont even think about staying at this place. Completely poor service. Stayed in many hotels from 3-5 stars, this is the ultimate worst in terms of service. They had 1 iron and ironing board in the whole hotel(we asked for 2 because we booked 2 rooms). Staff couldnt speak a word of proper english which makes it all the more frustrating. After 8pm the only repe left in the hotel was the driver and he couldnt do anything about anything. Pool and lake was completely dirty. Rooms were also dirty with dust all over. On the 3rd day they did not clean our room and told us it was because we displayed a do not disturb sign when we came back it was clearly displayed please make up room (i even have a photo) When i explained to them there was not a word of sorry and they brushed me off like i was unimportant. Towels were not replaced and pantry was not restocked everyday we haf to ask everytime before they do it. The balcony black out and the guy told me nothing can be done abt it. The worst ever.
