There was no concierge to assisst our luggage, the hotel is big and the room is ok, quiet and nice to sleep in the morning and night coz we are at the back of the hotel so not heard any noise from the road. There was no balcony but the lobby is big and many couch to sit in, the swimming pool in the rooftop is so small and guest swim with their t-shirt on and short so me and my boyfriend not interested to swim there.. free breakfast but we didn’t go there as we want to sleep rather than waking up so early. Housekeeping not cleaning properly, we always put the card to changed our linen as we stayed there for 8 nights but didn’t changed at all, they’re only fixing the bed.. not satisfied for they’re service and facilities.
