Good location, modern and clean

The 1st positive was the members of staff who were all very polite, always smiling, helpful and efficient in the roles. The hotel is new so pretty much as you would expect in terms of cleanliness, decor and almost (keep reading!) everything worked well. Although located on a busy street is was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style which became a little same same, no choice of style of eggs, and the fruit was limited considering the variety available. The only downside was the poor quality of finish for a new property, e.g recessed tv that didn’t fit in the hole , uneven sharp edge tiles and who would sign off a walk in shower where the screen didn’t extend pass the rain shower head, so every shower you ended up with a full flood in the bathroom that never dried out !!

Fantastic value hotel
One of the best value hotels I have ever stayed at. They even checked my room to find stuff I had forgotten in my haste. Pros: hot breakfast, pool and gym, clean comfortable room, nice helpful staff,... อ่านต่อ

Value for money
Hotel was very new and value for money. Very clean hotel and all the equipment was very new. Staff need more practice about customer satisfaction.

Good hotel for budget stay.
We stayed there for 5 days. The hotel was clean. Hotel staff allowed us to check in early. Will definitely go there again when in pattaya. The only con is size of the room was small, but still its not... อ่านต่อ
