It is an average hotel...

Pros: Rooms are spacious, really spacious. Got bath tub in each toilet, for some people it really matters to have one. The pool is nice and clean.
Cons: Far from everything. One Noapparat There beach is nearby, yet 1km walk. You need car to go everywhere. For Ao Nang beach, it is 50baht per person. They have free shuttle though, at 3pm, 5pm, 7pm. Not sure about the timing in morning. But it is throughout the day i guess. Breakfast is not buffet. You can choose and order from their set menu. Very limited choice. If you have not selected breakfast during room booking, it will be 200 baht per person per day. The housekeeping was not done properly. No coffee or tea provided in room, it is only at the lobby and you need to walk to lobby for just simple tea and coffee. Bathroom only got those very simple supply of body wash and shampoo. No other amenities. A bit surprising.
