Dirty Room, Selfish Staff

Our stay there was a nightmare! The head staff was the worst.
1. When we arrived at 3 pm, our rooms were not ready to check-in.
2. The rooms were stingy and dirty esp. the floor and the couch. There was a shampoo bottle of the previous customer in our bathroom and no toilet paper.
3. We can the reception to asked for towels as there were none in our room. The answer was go get it from the maid by yourself.
4. At night abut 10pm, there was a swamp of bees in our bedroom and bathroom. We called the reception. She told us that we have to wait for her staff. He was out for dinner and din not come back yet. About 45 mins, a guy came to our room and sprayed DDT (insecticide) without informed. Luckily we already packed our stuff ready to leave. They insisted us to sleep in the room they just sprayed DDT and said it was not harmful. We asked them for a new room or to help us find someplace. The head staff replied to us immediately that there was no room available anywhere. We searched and found a couple of places vacant and left that hell stat.
Please traveller, do not stay here. I am Thai and I don't want your vacation in my home country become the worst one.

I will stay somewhere else next time
