Nice rooms, too many smokers in hotel, run down town

The hotel is cramped in a run down town. The rooms are nice and the staff try their best, however our room was right next to a chain smoker and as a result, we couldn't enjoy our oceanview deck. His cigarette smoke also infiltrated our room even with the doors closed. The breakfast buffet was good and the drinks were nice. Walking through the town was not enjoyable as the street smelled off and cheap tourist shops predominated.
