Perfect Location

this hotel is centrally located in lamai. a 2 minute walk to the main street, yet on a quiet side road. our room was a sea view room which we enjoyed as we like to view the ocean from our room. the room was a good size and well decorated. our onlu problem was the lack of hot water in the shower. we were able to get hot water for about 1 minute after running the water for 5 minutes. good buffet came with the price of the room (breakfast buffet.) nice chairs and umbrellas on the beach or at the small pool.

Clean room, nice restaurant & massage
Location: 15mins walk to testco, restaurant and bar near by Spa: I had tried 3 different massage shops near by, theirs is the best Restaurant: very nice view and delicious
