Relaxing in Koh Samui
This resort is so quaint, it really is very relaxing. Located on the beach, with the restaurant and pool overlooking the sea there is a lovely view from the hotel. Everything is so serene and calm here it really is such an amazing atmoshpere to relax in.
The room is clean and big enough. Once again it has a very relaxing vibe to it. All the necessary amenities are available. Mini bar is very well stocked.
The hotel also had motorbikes for rent at 250baht per day. And petrol is fairly cheap as well. They never asked to check for a license. It is the best and most fun way to get around the island.
As soon as you step out of the hotel there are several small restaurants, shops and thai massage parlours. We recommend to eat from these restaurants rather than the hotel because it is much cheaper and also alot tastier. The only bad comment on the hotel is that the food is not good. Especially comapared to the small roadside restaurants available just outside the hotel.
On Sunday night the top of the road was blocked off and street market was set up with lots of food stalls and shopping stalls. Was such a lovely and festive atmosphere at the night markets. Make sure to try the mango and sticky rice! It is amazing!
The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. They always have a smile on their face and made out stay very pleasent.
