Rooms being cleaned

Our stay was good considering on our fourth day our rooms had not been cleaned or given clean towels as we had to use ours for the pool as there was never any to use there we had to ask to have our rooms cleaned and toilet paper and towels we stayed here for ten days and only had our rooms cleaned once because we asked and towels twice as we asked we had to take out our Own rubbish other than that which is a lot it's a nice hotel but can't understand why all that wasn't done strange
