Aweful experience!!
This is the first hotel that i am really upset. I don’t know if they understood me even i am speaking a lil bit of thai language. We stayed here for 4 nights and they never cleaned our room even once! I did asked the reception everyday and they will say yes but they never cleaned our room. We just seeing all the house keeping chatting and doing nothing. The pool was dirty looked like they never cleaned it too for a long time. Wifi wasn’t that good. Towels smells bad like they never washed it with soap. Bed was hard as you’re not really comfortable with to sleep. I know phi phi because i stayed here for a long time too and i know how expensive hotel is but this isn’t justifiable. I do work in a hotel too but this is too much for us not really worth the money. I never asked them to change anything but swiping the floor or even fix the beddings they didn’t do anything about it. It was really an aweful experience. I will not really recommend this to anybody.
