Ok except for bathroom and breakfast

Room is ok, complete and comfortable. Except for the bathroom and breakfast. Why? For the bathroom, for some reason, everytime we open the shower, faucet and bidet, there's this very unpleasant smell like that of a sewer. Water in the faucet also tastes salty, so I used bottled drinking water for brushing teeth. For the breakfast, we stayed 3 nights and we had same food everyday.
Other than that, everything was ok, especially the staff. They are very nice and always willing to help.
