Generally Satisfied but a little bit disappointed

Good location, which is just 3 to 5 mins. walkway to China town where is the local night barzza at the weekend.The room is comfortable and clean enough.
However, we still felt a little bit disappointed about couples of the services,
Firstly, the water is not hot enough in parts of rooms. Secondly, the AC is a bit noisy at night. Thirdly, not all the staff speaks English. Moreover, an Extra fee is necessary for midnight check-in and 100 baht deposit fee per day is required if you want to keep your baggages there overnight.

Nice guesthouse

Staff were nice, although wouldn't consider earlier check in. Only a bathroom bin in room, very hot with just a fan, and several mossies trapped in room. Also the windows open out onto main reception ... อ่านต่อ

环境不错，房间简约，但枕头不行。 在老街的巷子里面，出入方便。 厕所还行水压也够，但是有很重的蟑螂味，请想办法清理。

a beautiful guesthouse
guesthouse is beautiful. environment is quiet enough to have a good rest. pls take note that the room is no refrigerator. but the price is cheap and it is worth to stay here.
