Very good facility could be managed better

The room had not been sprayed for mosquitos(which were clearly present), when a 2nd key was requested ( to keep on the electricity when the room was empty after spraying, no 2nd key available, a substitute was eventually found), small cockroaches were evident running in the bread at breakfast, fruit was promised for advance bookings but had to be requested after moving into the room, only Thai TV programs although the hotel appeared to be targeted at farangs. No shampoo in the bath container. So good facilities poorly managed for a high end hotel.

Quiet hotel
Nice big room and bed, however swimming pool give a miss, 2 buildings away and have to walk past 6aggressive wild dogs

What a dump !
Old old old ! Outdated and uncomfortable for the price. Do not waster your $. Mahasarakham has newer hotels not available on Agoda.

Classic Thai Style room
Decoration was a bit old but in fair maintenance with classic Thai style. Didn't facilitate the pool & gym. Worth to spend more time at the next visit.
