nice and new

Very clean, nice rooms and good service. Great value for the money if you have your own transport (they have also a small parking), it is a bit of a walk to the beach and taxis in Phuket are mucho expensive (compared to Bangkok). Good local food and supermarket near. Swimming pool has no shade and is not very convenient, feels more like it is build for people with pool access room then for other guests.
