Nice hotel, BUT cockroaches, no apologise and room change only after more complaint

- Reception, restaurant, garden and swimmingpool nice - Bar staff super, good cocktails - Room 105 full with cockroaches (deluxe room) - Room change possible after more complaints - Using toxic against cockroaches, but not changing after the bedsheet (only promising) - upon check-out must sign a paper that not asking refund from hotel or from Agoda, because of the free upgrade to garden villa in total worth ca. 40 € - first SORRY from staff upon check-out - not a 5 star hotel complaint handling management

Amazing staff, beautiful resort and good rooms
