facilities no operational

We arrived 3 couples with children for 4 nights, our room doesn't had water in the sink, the bathroom also smell plumbing. Our sister room without water in the toiled and no AC running. The staff always tried to solve the problems but the costumers cannot wait for the next day to change room with so many rooms free...we were the only ones at the hotel. The swimming pool was ok. The breakfast went from nothing of note in the first day to normal in the last days, anyway the service is too slow and the cleaning was not enough in our room.
