Uneven - requires more engaged management

This is a lovely facility, with very nice and comfortable rooms. It's a shame that the service is quite uneven. Staff were generally friendly except for a few in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was also uneven with some of the worst Thai food I have tasted in my ten years living in Thailand. However, the tuna was quite nice, and breakfast was generally okay. However, once again wait staff seemed to wander away and gather out of customers' eyes. This was also true of Housekeeping - where we had difficulties getting Housekeeping to our room. We found them - three of them were in a vacant room playing on their phones. Too bad - it's a lovely resort, but these are management issues. It's generally the beginning of a fall if behaviors like these aren't corrected. So - probably won't stay here again. There are too many other options.

The beach isn't nice for swimming. The location is very far from everything. The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus to both of the largest towns but it's only once per day so you're stuck all day ... อ่านต่อ
