I waited long time for the checkin staff. No staffs at the checkin counter. I searched online and called the number to tell them I am already at the counter to check in but no staff around.
Some staff come, i told her that I book in Agoda.com. She photo copied my passport and ask me for hotel payment and deposit. I told her why do I need to pay? I already pay when I booked in agoda.
Some other staff come and ask me a question how did i arrived thailand and what transporation I used? Oh my GOD! they have my passport copy and information are all in my passport and also I already fill up the inform sheets they have.
I am not happy with their services and the way they treated me, so I check out in the evening and find a hotel where I can relax better.
