Hotel is brand new, less than 3 months old, very boutique style, no more than about 20 rooms. Standard Rooms are not big but adequate size. Location is a little distant (but only 15 minutes by car) from the main area of the Old City, but walkable distance from the popular and trendy tourist area of Nimmanhaemin, with lots of restaurants, shops. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the 2 ladies who work at the front desk. Breakfast selection is limited, but includes fried eggs/omelettes as well as some Thai dishes. They only offer one type of teabag in the guest room and for breakfast - a herbal type - so if you prefer English Breakfast or similar, take your own!

โอเคระดับนึงค่ะ มาพักเชียงใหม่บ่อยมาก จะเปลี่ยนโรงแรมเปิดใหม่ไปเรื่อยๆ ที่นี่ห้องแคบกว่าทุกที่ เตียงนอนสบายแค่ระดับหนึ่ง แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ น้ำห้องเลกมากๆ ที่จอดรถน้อยมากจิงๆ แทบไม่พอ
